I’m mixed on that Pose show. Obviously, I’m happy to see so many trans POC working, but they recently announced they were casting Evan Peters, Kate Mara and James Van Der Beek. So, my fear is that they’re taking this story about the culture of queer POC and centering cishet white folks on some voyeurism ish. I’m hoping for the best, but this could easily go from positive LGBT news to fucking with black people in a heartbeat.
