    Thanks for sharing this episode, I really enjoyed it. It made me so hungry. I was wondering if I could possibly make a request. I follow you both on social media and you always post the most delicious dishes on the gram and FB. I was wondering if when you post the pics of the food you could post what restaurants they come because when I would love looking them up to see if there are any in my area or a potential place to visit when I travel. I understand if you don’t want to. Just know that you guys are always making a sista really hungry with all that food porn you post.

    If you’re coming for the live show, definitely get Amelie’s for breakfast. Seriously, make it a mission. I know y’all got it covered, but I’m happy to recommend places close to uptown (within walking distance and a quick uber or light rail ride) for those looking for quick bites to eat while you’re in town.

    Anyway; let me say, RuRu’s and Babalu are my favorite spots. RuRu’s patio on a crisp fall day is EVERYTHING. Like, I can’t even. Perfect place for all of your white woman of color leisure. Btw, that Italian restaurant around the way is called, Stagnioni. The wait at RuRu’s was long one night so my lady and I went there instead. It’s pricey, but it’s one of those really good Italian spots that’s zagat rated and has a chef thats amazing. I really just get whatever the special is. I got sidetracked. That “glass emotions” tho??? I know i tanked the name of the dish, but i usually tank the word empanadas without spell check anyway so i don’t feel bad. What does Karen say, “It ain’t racist of its funny” . I’d never cancel you Queen. Anyway, It comes with a mango salsa that’s *in Karen’s voice* flame emojis.

    I’ve never been to Babalu during brunch, but they have a ton of shareables and make the guacamole at your table. It’s a nice touch.

    I’m tapped in for the Lip Smacking Good movement. We gotta get y’all to an Apple orchard this fall to settle this Granny Smith nonsense, once and for all. There are a couple of them within 30-40 mins of Charlotte. They have Apple cider, Apple donuts and all types of shit.
