    ‪Dear Rod,

I really enjoyed the solo review. I watched the first Zombieland the day before seeing it in theater. My date was adamant that I watch the original and I’m thankful she made me do it . An underrated part of the movie was Tallahassee’s vulnerability when it came to Little Rock‬. Yes she was a young adult but she was also his “little girl”. If you remember he lost his son in the original so his overprotectiveness is understandable. My date wants a part 3 but I don’t know where they can take the story.

First thing’s first, I really enjoyed your solo review of Double Tap, Rod. I do think Zombieland 2 is pretty much the same film as the first film, but I liked Double tap more, because it was just funnier. The addition of Zoey Deutch’s Madison is one of the reasons why I was laughing pretty hard from my seat in the theater. Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone & Abigail Breslin, could’ve all phoned it in, but committed to something that’s basically of a past-era. I also dug the appearances of Rosario Dawson, Luke Wilson & Tom Middleditch. Funny stuff, especially with Middleditch & Eisenberg on their zombie rules. It doesn’t wear out its welcome, for the most part. It’s very basic & it’s over in a little over 90 minutes. It was fun time. Also, that Bill Murray cameo was also hella funny.

    Dear Rod,
You did a great job rolling solo. I saw the trailer for Zombieland Double Tap and I’m glad it turned out as funny as I had hoped. I didn’t see the first but I might rent this when it comes out on streaming. Thanks for all of the trailer reviews too because I haven’t been to the theater in the minute but this weekend I will be seeing Terminator! Keep on tipping.

Hi Rod, great solo review. I loved zombieland so of course the completioness in me made me do a double feature Sunday, movie had me cracking up on the driveway jokes, freezer girl driving an ice cream truck and the daughter forgetting she had elvis’ gun he gifted one of presidents.

Can’t wait to hear what you solo review next.

    Hey Rod,

I enjoyed this movie; it was funny. Even though it’s been ten years they story continued nicely. Maybe they won’t wait another ten years for part 3 lol.
You did a good job doing the solo review. Hey if the homie Chris Lamberth can do it so can you LOL. Shout out to the Mundane Festival.
    Peace.
