Pregnancy is complicated. I had one miscarriage before kid 2, it was pretty early, no heartbeat yet but this was just pure chance.
I did nothing wrong, at least 1 in 4 Pregnancies, probably more end up in a miscarriage. ( when its so early the pregnant person might think its a strong period that came too late)
