Haven’t seen this one since Tyler Haliburton stole Game 1 from the 2025 NBA Champs Oklahoma City Thunder, which is the night it was released, but I do tend to agree with a lot of the review. Definitely not as crisp or riveting as Wes’s last picture but I was having a blast with the silliness of it. Even when I saw it then, it all honesty, I couldn’t tell you, narratively, what hooked me to it, besides everyone just having a good time here. Cumberbatch’s hairpiece & eyelashes was super absurd but I just went with it. Del Toro & Mia Threapleton (who’s Kate Winslet’s Daughter) carried a good deal with it & I enjoyed it from.that standpoint.
