I’m okay with Hillary pandering because at least she’s saying that she wants our vote. Bernie seems to think he can get by without it. That’s why I can’t wait for Tuesday. I’m in Pennsylvania and I’m looking forward to the white tears when he loses that state too. My husband is a Bernie supporters so I have my cup ready to catch his tears when the race is called. Fortunately he’s not one of those lunatics who will refuse to vote in the general election if Bernie doesn’t win. He will vote for Hillary over any of the republican candidates but he’s brought up Bernie enough to make me want to rub it in his face on Tuesday night. I’m going to have a good time.

As a black CSA (child sex abuse) survivor, it’s getting to the point where I feel like the term “We have to stay together” is almost inflammatory because it’s almost always brought up in discussions about rape/sexual assault/pedophilia in the black community. It’s exhausting to hear that people like me have to hide our experiences and keep quiet in the name of black unity despite there are scores of black people being hurt by sexual abuse. I think it’s even hard for male CSA survivors because of the toxic environment of hypermasculinity and just the lack of discussion of male victims in general. However, if the Zulu Nation or what think the government is suddenly after this dude and all of his victims are well into their 40s and 50s and comparing it to how the Black Panthers were dismantled, they’re derailing their argument and making Bambaata look even guiltier.
