So I decided to ride the wave and join the TBGWT book club…I had absolutely no idea what I was signing up for lol. “This Hoe Got Roaches In Her Crib” is what happens when you’re trying to do some summer reading on a budget. Amazon…I have no words for this. How’d we get here It is literally the best 99 cents I’ve ever spent. This book has the audacity to be 1000 pages . In any case I’m super excited; I was lucky enough to have my coins in order in time to get one of the VIP tickets from the second run and now I’m COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS! Can’t wait to see y’all in September–keep being great and thanks for all you two do for us!!
Niecy Nash is out here living her best life with her hit show, star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, being saluted by so many for her talent and consistency with putting black people on (especially rooting for women), she’s fine and her husband is fine too, and then her fool ass good girlfriend Sherri Sheppard just won’t be quiet. Sheppard is multi-layered terrible so I expect the very least, and I think the only reason I got frustrated is because I stan for Niecy. I wonder if Niecy calls her and says I’m actually angry, sad and disappointed. Rod, the other day you mentioned some of her shows and I wonder if you have ever seen Getting On (HBO)? Niecy got an Emmy nomination for her role on the show. Kind of a dark comedy but I think you might enjoy it.
