Loved the further discussion of the UCLA law students controversy. As someone who works in a staff position at a law firm and has seen summer associates (basically well-paid interns) and 1st year associates come in for nearly 20 years, I can honestly say that the whiny thing is not a black thing, it’s a young lawyer thing! Not that discrimination does not exist, but I’ve never seen that on the job, but I have seen a LOT of whining!
