I lover this episode. Jamie Chung did the damn thing. This was probably one of my favorite episodes because I’m a huge fan of Korean movies and drama. I wonder what would happen if Ji Hau comes to America to see Tic. I would love to see Ji pull a squeak from Color Purple “Tic who dis woman?â€
On a side note comfort women were not prostitutes. Yes their purpose was to provide sexual services for the Japanese soldiers who occupied Korea at the time but most of those women were underage girls as young as 12 who were taken from their families and made to have sex with up to 50 and sometimes more soldiers a day. They were placed in rooms while a line of soldiers waited outside their door for a turn. If they refused either their families were threatened or they were murdered.
