Haven’t seen M3GAN in a couple of years, but I thought it was fine. Even looking back, seeing it’s a modernized Child’s Play for Gen-Z, I could see what they were going for behind-the-scenes. I will say, I did think the performers of the doll were sensational. Amie Donald is the performer, while Megan Davis provides the voice, giving the character loads of personality. But, as a film? Would’ve hit harder with an R-rating, maybe a plot not as similar as its inspiration, which again, is Child’s Play & better human characters that are more fleshed out. I do feel a little better about M3GAN 2.0, which could be the “silly fun” this franchise.
I’m rooting for this silly bitch to get her body back!
