I did not expect to get emotional watching this movie. I felt like the good brother Chris Lamberth at one point as I had to check if that is that a tear? At the same time, you know how people complain about Disney live adaptations being too similar to the cartoons? Same could be applied here with little changes, very little but it still worked and I had a great time. I don’t even remember the last time I saw the original, I know that I showed it to my kid & she acted like she never wanted to see it again, but was spoiling the movie for me in real time. Who knew!
