Shouts out to the Chicago Bulls front office for being terrible at their jobs and trading Lonzo Ball to Cleveland for only Issac Okoro. There’s something refreshing about the Cavs signing a guard that’s taller than 6’2. If he can stay healthy, Cavs should be looking good for next season.

What up family. Just writing in to see how y’all are doing and to see what you think about all these moves the Hornets have been making so far this offseason. I think I officially started calling myself a Hornets fan a couple years ago, so this is definitely the first time since I’ve been down that I’ve seen them this active in trying to build a winning roster. As I write this email I see that they just signed Spencer Dinwiddie to a 1 year deal. I haven’t had time to process that one yet, but it’s definitely an interesting move. It’s been pretty fun to see this new front office making moves that show that they’ve got a vision and a plan for now and for the future. I’m excited to see this team play this coming season and I hope that we’ll start seeing results on the court soon.
On another note, what the hell is my other team doing? Which team? The Lakers! We might need Jeff Perterson to holla at Rob so he can give him some pointers cuz I know it’s still early, but damn Jake Laravia is the only addition to the team so far? Also, I love LeBron and think he’s the second best player ever, but we can’t operate on 2 timelines at once! I think it’s time to build around Luka and go from there. That doesn’t mean throw Bron in the bushes, but I think what the team needs is to make Luka the focus, and have everyone else including LeBron be a part of that moving forward.

Rob Pelinka is a snake! I really thought the Lakers problems were over once we sold the team, but no, we have one more bad apple to get rid of. First he was lying about Mark Williams failed physical, and now telling people that Dorian Finney-Smith’s ankle is trash – WTF!! Let’s not forget Magic Johnson abruptly quitting the Lakers and calling him a backstabber. Pelinka can’t even take credit for Luka, unless you count picking up the phone. Get rid of this Rob Lowe Wannabe and open up the vault for Bob Myers.
What do you make of Lebron’s cryptic statement? I don’t begrudge him doing anything at this point, I just don’t understand what he’s trying to do.
Also, side note, have you seen Dylan Harper’s mom? She caused a little commotion at the draft in her black leather dress. Between the former NBA player husband and first round guard for a son, dare I say she is the New Sonya Curry?
