Well rod i know you gonna break this whole scandal down! But for old times sake give me that ray lewis one time!!!!!
I do have a few questions tho, what do you think of the timing this coming out? Right as the season is starting! And we get some really good games. This scandal really comes and over shadows opening week of the nba! So far the okc indy rematch has been the best game so far going to double OT, with out tyrese hailburton! The laker wolves game was a good one as well!
i want to say ive seen the games on peacock as well as prime and so far so good! The annoucers on prime come from tnt and i believe reggie went to peacock/nbc! LIke you rod, i am excited for the nba to be back! The year is off to a really good start despite the black eye from the FBI.
Moving on, i sometimes listen to carmelo anthony podcast, 7pm in brooklyn! And in his latest episode which i found to very cringe, he was interviewing stephen A. And of course stephen A continued his tour of why he hates lebron and its becoming quite annoying now! But as one of the banana boat boys and one of lebron closest friends, i was really surprised carmelo took this interview! Its like Justin going on brilliant idiots with Charlemagne or the breakfast club! I don’t think lebron cares or maybe him and melo spoke prior, but its not something i think i would have done of if was in his position.
Lastly, the other day on one of the regular shows rod, you were speaking about CTE, and we all know that after death is when we can find out more about that person. Do you think we will reach a point where we might be able to diagnose or possibly treat cte before the death stage? So many other things have evolved over the course of time!

Holy hell what a mess. Also..who didn’t see this coming?!? I am old and remember Pete Rose receiving lifetime banishment from baseball. And then these last few years, gambling has received an elevated legitimacy in sports culture and these gambling sites are sponsoring ESPN and other sports podcasts. Add to that their accessibility! Before you had to go someplace or call someone and have a connection, and it was not so easy to place a bet. My husband took me to some place in Vegas so he could place a 10-team parlay, and only the degenerates were there, but now everyone has access via an app on their phone. Will they/can they fix this?
Also, I know people were making fun of what a nothingburger Jordan’s first appearance was on NBC, but I found myself happy to see Mike. He does seem to be embracing his elder statesman role, and I guess I just missed him.
