Im Back baby… and i just wanted to say happy new year to Rod, Karen justin and all the premium folk. I just wanted to share a quick testimonial on how good tbgwt has been.
It was circa 2012, i pulled up on my stylist at her place, waiting to Get my dreds retwisted, i started searching for podcasts, which were some what new to me at the time, so i did a search, a simple search of the word black. I saw tbgwt and hit play! My first thoughts were, is this nogha gonna be teaching me how much to tip when i go out? But from hearing the opinions of this couple who made me laugh and learn about the world around us, to groupie tales and other segments, i was hooked! I hit subscribe, then later learned about the world of premium with the light skin gawd, Justin, and this felt like a new level unlocked. You guys have been there through so
Much with me and kept Me sane and laughing. I cant thank you guys enough for being so entertaining, replying to my messages/ comments and all the good times. Special shout out to Rod for patience, being the scenes, getting me right! OVer the course of all these years, tbgwt was is and continues to be a staple in my life! I thank you guys for the tireless hard work and evolution, and growth. What yall do is not easy and to be successful st it for over 16 years is a whole other animal. I hope to meet you guys soon, but in the meantime i have these podcasts.

Happy New Year Rod, Karen and Justin! First and foremost, I took umbrage over y’all saying Whist is an old person game-lol! I came out my mommy’s stomach playing whist, and a table or two has been flipped over in a family game night over a whist game. I hope whist remains a mainstay as our game! Loved hearing about Justins family trip to NY. That’s where I had my first grown woman trip. My friend was turning 50, and we stayed in a new boutique hotel with 2 balconies, went to spy training, visited the One Vanderbilt skyscraper, saw a Broadway show, and fit in as many restaurants as possible. I had a lot to pay off after that trip, but it was well worth it! Love the Pre-game show!❤️
