I’m going to dip my toes into white people’s business for a moment and explain the Beckham family feud as I understand it.
As you know, David Beckham was arguably one of the most popular soccer players of his time. Victoria Beckham was in the popular girl group the Spice Girls and she was Posh spice. They married, had four kids went on to be a power couple. Victoria retired from music to open her own fashion house and became a huge fashion designer. They are worth millions of dollars. Their names are their brand.
Brooklyn Beckham married his wife Nicola Peltz in 2022 apparently he mentions issues from his wedding like the fact that Victoria stole the first dance from him but witnesses say Marc Anthony who sang at the wedding called Brooklyn up and then the “most beautiful woman in the room” … Victoria. So that was on Marc Anthony for calling up his friend instead of the bride and Victoria was kind of wrong for going up there. Anyway in the subsequent years Brooklyn and Nicola have had a decent public relationship with David and Victoria up until recently. It could have something to do with David and Victoria’s second son Romeo dating one of Brooklyn’s ex’s.
People also speculate that the rift is Nicola’s fault because when she dated Anwar Hadid, brother of Gigi and Bella Hadid that Anwar was estranged from his family as well. They say she’s controlling and Brooklyn is whipped.
One important piece of information that should be mentioned is that Nicola is the daughter of Nelson Peltz, one of the richest men in the world, a billionaire who has invested heavily in the movie industry to get his daughter Nicole’s career going.
Now I’m not trying to say she’s the problem but I find it interesting that the two biggest movies she’s been in were super turds. One was the Transformer’s movie, the one with Marky Mark where she played his daughter and she had that creepy older boyfriend. And the second one she was cast only because her father funded it. That movie… Avatar The Last Airbender. She played Katara.
