Great recap. One FYI is that the line about “spirit of a man” was actually a reference / taken from something actually said by Queen Elizabeth “I know I have the body but of a weak and feeble woman; but I have the heart and stomach of a king.” For Brits it’s a pretty important and famous speech / statement but for us American’s its definitely a deep cut so I can understand why it didn’t hit for y’all (more info: https://www.rmg.co.uk/stories/royal-history/queen-elizabeth-speech-troops-tilbury)

The incest this episode was cesting! I wanted to throw up in my mouth when Aemond kissed Alicent. I thought Aegon and Helena being married was bad enough but this was just gross.
I wanted to feel bad for Jayce but his dumbass got himself killed for not listening to his mama. I hope he at least got to make sweet love to his black queen before he kicked the bucket. Oh well, at least Rhynera has two kids left.
Team black took the most L’s this episode and unfortunately Sir Cole is still alive. I hope he dies soon.
