I can’t remember a time when there’s been this much significant movement in the NBA offseason where big names are on new teams: Bron, Giannis, Melo, Jaylen Brown, Ja, probably Kawhi. Also, not new team, but Haliburton is back. One guy I know we’re waiting on is Steph to come home haha. Strangely, despite losing Bron, the Lakers will probably end up right around the same place they did last year if Luka can keep healthy –five teams fighting for spots 3-7: Denver, Lakers, T-Wolves, Houston, Phoenix/Warriors. Since you’re in the East, where do you see the new-look East teams ending up: Sixers, Hornets, Heat? This is going to be such an interesting season, and probably the fruits of these moves won’t be seen until year 2. Thanks for all the great shows!

It was a tough week in athletics (F-Sports)! Between the W’s commissioners refusal to step down (I believe ownership & others are more culpable overall). LeBron exercising his options and doing what he chooses, to a T (Sixer’s going on a revenge tour). Along with showing us fans that there are other ways to avoid training camp & cruise into a new team or the start of the season.
Lastly, enjoying the memories of Ryan Clark doing what he always do, be a good dude (cough- sorry, cough, more apologies. cough-cough!), yet still get terminated. Live on the air!
It makes me wonder if millennials and younger have already moved onto other sports media brands & us older fans are just remembering ESPN for what it once was. Now ESPN can join CBS & the other jump back onto the alt-right fan/listening base.

LeBron James is taking his talents to Philadelphia and I wish him nothing but the best running point for the Sixers, even if it means putting Cleveland out the playoffs. I can’t be mad when the team decides to reup on James Harden smdh. It never stops being amazing that he’s played this long and even in a (heavily relative) diminished role, King James is still doing this after 24 seasons.
UNC Football GM Mike Lombari has been put on administrative leave for an HR complaint by a former employee and I don’t know what’s crazier: committing an HR violation while you already employ Bobby “Big Wheels” Petrino OR getting investigated by the College Sports Commission for NIL violations? As messy and dumb as Lombardi is, I wouldn’t be surprised if both of these were related.
Mike Vrabel was holding a puppy during his media availability and I can’t tell if he brought the dog as a distraction from folk’s asking about him setting the meat out with Diana Russini or if he brought the puppy on some “oh the hoes gone love this” shit?

Prior to last week i didnt write in for a while, and although i was watching world cup i also had my peepers on the W even more than previous years. Its been a really good season. Ive been a liberty fan for some years. I was happy they won a chip last year, as the last team of the original 8. But im enjoying watching the lynx, aces and liberty! Honorable mention to the fever as well. But that girl olivia miles is a bad ass from her style to her play, she been holding it down with mcbride since napheesa collier been out, (who recently came back)! The all star game was dope! Broke attendance and viewing records! It was said more ppl attended the W all star game than the nba one this year! im just happy the game is growing and more eyes are on these queens! I know you watch games rod and one of my favorite things is after a lynx victory they line dance (electric slide ) on the court! And even the music in the arenas for these games during timeouts be dope too! Shout out to the queens on the court!
