Hearing about Milo yannopolis getting deported was great. Fuck that guy. In fact the best part of the news cycle is seeing people get exactly what they voted for or supported. I read a news article that many Cubans who heavily supported Dump have been deported, not to Cuba but to Sierra Leone in Africa. Imagine being racist and then being deported to a country full of black people. Chef’s kiss. I remember them singing about singing and dancing in their support for that orange turd. I’d like to see them dance now.
As someone who has been to drag shows before I’d love to be ambushed by a drag show. They’re so much fun.
Hey, sorry I do have to correct you on this episode’s Alphabet Game (which is fun!) for a couple of your answers.
There wasn’t a Nintendo Power cartoon show. The show you were thinking of was The Super Mario Bros. Super Show that had Captain Lou Albano playing Mario in live action segments and introducing Super Mario Bros. cartoons. They played Super Mario Bros. cartoons Monday-Thursday and then a Legend of Zelda cartoon on Fridays. Which brings me to the second correction – the Zelda cartoon is technically titled The Legend of Zelda, so shouldn’t that be T or L?
There was also a Nintendo themed show with other NES video game characters where the main character was a teen named Kevin who got sucked into the video game world (so I guess it was technically an Isekai!) and had adventures with Simon Belmont, Mega Man, and Kid Icarus. The main villain was Mother Brain from Metroid who was voiced by Levi Stubbs from the Four Tops (who was basically doing his voice of Audrey II from the Little Shop of Horrors movie musical). But that show was called Captain N The Game Master.
For N and Z substitutes I suggest The New Adventures of Johnny Quest and Zootopia (do animated movies count?). Thanks for letting me nerd out and reminisce on the 80’s video game cartoons I watched back in the day!
About the 30 day tags, it is my understanding that some people use them to being identified by Flock cameras.
