I’m still at the LGBT news as I write this reply, but as a gay guy, one of the things that’s infuriating about Vivica Fox’s homophobic comments (besides her lazy ass apology) is the fact STRAIGHT GUYS ALREADY STRIP AT GAY GUYS ALREADY!
Quite a few straight guys work as strippers and go-go boys and gay porn stars and make money from gay people. It’s a complicated issue in the gay community, but the main point is that it’s a the reality for male strippers. Why should it be a problem to represent that truth, especially when straight people are so casual about invading gay spaces and stealing from our sub-culture for their own profit?
