That struggle rapper was so transparent. It sounds like he’s so insecure in the relationship he’s in that he feels the need to diss black women in order to do it. It’s so sad, because if he were to get gunned down in the street by the cops, it will be black women marching for his ashy ass. Just date who you want and just leave us the fuck alone.
I don’t watch the news much anymore but I was surprised to hear Valerie Hoff used the N-word. I used to watch 11Alive and I liked Valerie. So I took to the ajc to find the scoop and unfortunately I read the comments. Now to be clear, I typically don’t use the word. Although I do find myself using it more these days now, which I fully attribute to listening to TBGWT daily (DAMN YOU ROD AND KAREN!!!). I’ve become like Jenifer Lewis’ character on black-ish “I don’t use that word” then 45 does something crazy “Dis Nigga!” – but I digress…
Anyway, I read the comments to the article of Valerie Hoff’s resignation they were full of white folks bemoaning the double standard and black folks chastising Curtis for using the word and then being offended with Valerie using the word. The comments also included a post from a white woman that includes a picture that said “Nigga Please” – mind you this is still on the page 4 days after it was posted.
That’s what I get for reading the comments…..
