Paula Patton tries. I’ll give her credit, but I swear she overacts too much for me. The general story, I thought, was OK, but what was here, had me wanting more. I wanted more Laz Alonzo, who was the best actor in this film , & I simply wanted more from Patton. I did the film’s tension, which alone sold me on seeing it, but after all that, I felt underserved.
