OMG, Brandon and Gordon are just the best. I was laughing so hard. I really needed it. I tell you what, that GTR segment about the hiker fucked me up. *SMDH* I told four different people that story and had them GTR. Hiker? WHITE! Didn’t answer the phone because didn’t recognize the number? BLACK! LOL. When the stereotype becomes truth , it makes GTR even funnier.
Every story on today’s episode just had me laughing at the absurdity, and Gordon and Brandon’s reactions were just the icing on the cake.
It’s always a good time when Brandon is on the show. Have you ever had Gordon on the show because he is hilarious. I hope you bring him back again. I felt Gordon when he explained the two sides of Néw Jersey. That’s kinda how I feel living in Pennsylvania. There’s Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and the rest is Pennsyltucky. I live outside of Philly and I’m surrounded by Trump and blue lives matter flags and signs. There’s even a house down the street with a confederate flag in the yard which makes no sense to me since PA fought against the south. It’s a mess.
Thank you Rod and Karen for introducing me to Brandon and Gordon. I have a tradition now where my niece comes to visit me, I make food and drinks and we log in to the virtual Drink Black History. We both love it so much! Maybe one day me and niece can make it a travel goal to see them in person for a future event. We are both ready for tonight!

The thing that I’ve been asking myself since this Alec Baldwin situation went viral is Does America need to make white women the face of gun violence to get some real gun legislation? I just don’t understand how a country that watches kids kill other kids everyday with real high powered guns can turn around and be like “oh no this poor white woman” . These are cute white kids dying too with families and money and real futures. The kinda kids antivaxxers will assault school staff over if you ask them to wear a mask. But this white womans grave is the hill America has chosen to express the first stage of grief on. And don’t get me wrong. I think it’s sad that she had to die this way. And from what i’m hearing there may have been some intentional foul play going on. It’s just the hypocrisy for me. So I go back to my original thought would America feel like white women are dying in mass to gun violence in order to get some results in the area of gun control? we’ve watched kids die, we’ve certainly watched Black ppl die. America is invested in the well being of white women tho. this is absolutely just a theory! No white women were harmed in the making of this comment. -shay
