I don’t have special goals I want to achieve, what I really would like is making more money for working less hard.
I think it’s possible, by having more strategic and less operative tasks. I hope this is something I get reach.

    Great you are back!
And I’m glad you had fun in New York!

    Confidence: I have it.
Not because I think I’m some gift from the gods with magic powers but because I think I have done a lot already, I’m smart and very hardworking. I suffer while doing hard stuff, I feel it really, but I achieve a lot in the end.
Even people in very high positions are people with strengths and weaknesses. Just like you and me. They are not better.
I have another problem, when I reach something I tend to think: well good but that’s obviously the least you could do. We will need to do more, because you can.
I must force myself ( gently talk to myself,) to feel I did enough for the moment.

The discussion about confidence really resonated with me. One of the best things I’ve read about having confidence had to do with basically being real with yourself. Take inventory of yourself and be honest about your strengths and weaknesses and don’t put any judgment on it. Base this assessment on real data and experience – not “feelings” because sometimes my feelings will tell me some BS. For me in running, I look at my data and set a realistic goal. Some people think my goal is crazy but I’m not going for something out of reach. Hard and challenging maybe, but within my grasp. And for you, I thought “Well, of course Rod would have confidence he could get and do the writing job.” You have like 10 years’ experience of hosting a funny and successful podcast, like enough content for five 2-hour shows a week PLUS guest appearances. You know you have the work ethic and smarts from your education and previous work experience. Of course you could do it. Anyway, I get having doubts about stuff you don’t know or if it’s a particular weakness, but in my experience having some supporting data is the foundation of confidence. Good to have you and Karen back on the air!

I was so starstruck at meeting Rod that I barely noticed that he was high. Looking back now, I’m like Aha that made sense hahaha. Love you Rod and Karen.

I look forward to catching Karen on her next trip to NYC. By then, I’ll have perfected my James Brown pitch just for ya’ll. No more starstruck, no more NFTs, but they’ll be something exciting coming so watch out!

More exciting than Kang tha Conqueror too ( there was nothing else to do Sal ‍♂️).
Welcome back to the Podcasting Streetz!

Man…Keith O can kick rocks, period. There was nothing wrong with Angel Reese giving Catlin Clark the business! I am here for all of the Women’s Basketball! Social Media stays on the wrong side of Wight Women who do the most.
