I really liked this film. Probably had no business being as hilarious as it was. Liked a lot of character beats, black jokes. Jermaine Fowler as Clifton was wonderful and quite frankly, a timely parable about blackness and black conservatism. The running time is perfect. Loved the mid-credits joke, that worked for me, as well. It’s easily Tim Story’s best work since the first Barbershop.
