I’ll be brief on Bam scoring 83 points. It’s fucking remarkable anytime anyone score an insane amount of points. He didn’t do efficiently. So, what? He had 43 (made 36 FTs) attempts at the line. And? What he did was absolutely cool, last night. Who gives a fuck if he didn’t do it like Wilt or Kobe. He’s the first guy in 22 years to hit an absurd benchmark & he’s being dinged because it’s “no, not like that”. Utter bullshit. An achievement like that should be admired. Can it be questioned? I understand why Joe Burrow was depressed last season and it don’t look like things are improving anytime soon, especially not with the Ravens initially trading for Maxx Crosby, voiding the trade cuz Crosby failed the physical and then signing Trey Hendrickson…who became a free agent cuz the Bengals ain’t wanna pay him. Knowing the cheap and petty as Brown family, they absolutely are saying *this* is why they don’t like paying people.
Anytime Luka, Austin Reeves, Kon Knueppel (goddamn that white boy can hoop; he looks fun as hell to watch) or Cooper Flagg get a bucket or otherwise do something incredible? I smile a little bit knowing Danny Ainge is in the Utah mountains looking sicker than the Doner Party; what palm colored player is Ainge tanking for nowadays?
Before Jayson Tatum came back, I fully expected him to come back on the court too soon (10 months after an Achilles’ tear still feel crazy as hell) and get sadly get hurt again. But so far Tatum seems like he’s getting his sea legs back? Hopefully Tatum can continue recovering so by the playoffs he’s fully back to shooting too many damn 3’s.
I did not know til y’all talked about it that Diego Pavia’s mentor is Johnny fucking Manziel and the only way this could be any Browns-ier is if, naw, *when* Cleveland drafts this rambunctious nigga cuz lord do they have a type. Kicking narcotics feels so damn good.

What’s up Rod, Karen, and J-everybody hating on Bam Adebayo.
Just wanted to write in to say how fun it is to see the Hornets winning. I grew up in Mississippi so I’ve never really had a team. I adopted Charlotte as one of my teams after Starter jackets took over the culture in the 90s.
I’m living in Boston now and have seen the Hornets play a few times here. But that game from last week was definitely the most fun to watch. They ran the Celtics out the gym. I was sitting next to a group of Celtics fans that were loud and obnoxious (but hey, it’s Boston, so that’s redundant). In the first quarter, the Hornets went on a run and these fans were talking big shit about how the Hornets were ass, and that the Cetics would beat them by 20. They were real quiet by halftime.
Man, these Hornets are locked the fuck in. The defensive effort, the transition game, solid playmaking. Between the talent and the coaching, y’all really got a squad. I hope they keep these guys together. Kneuppel is gonna be a problem for years. Brandon Miller is growing up. Lamelo is that dude…but damn that boy can be so unserious at times.
Hope y’all go deep into the playoffs cause this team is fun as hell to watch.

There is always Drama here in Lakers Land. First of all…who’s gonna tell Bron when he comes back that he’s gotta come off the bench? Lakers are on a slight uptick, looking better defensively, and in 4th place in the West. I’m always going to want Lebron on my team, but he, Luka and AR on the floor at the same time it’s a bit clunky. Do you see a better way to fix this lineup then one of them coming off the bench?
Second, speaking of Luka…Listen, I knew when he got traded to LA that this was going to be a marriage in trouble. The numbers are too great here and the options are plentiful. Even the Taco Bell drive-thru girl is hotter than most models in other cities. I thought back to the year Kobe and Vanessa were separated and headed to divorce court. He was killing it on the court that year, but then they reconciled and he blew out his Achilles. Not sure how this goes for Luka and his family, but it sounds really hard.
Anyway the West looks like 1-2 are set, then 3-7 are tight. I feel like the Nuggets are better than their record and the Lakers are worse. How would you rank them — Rockets, Lakers, Wolves, Nuggets, Suns?
