I enjoyed this episode thoroughly, but y’all were vamping so much I had to check if Anne Rice got a writing credit on this one…

Good morning, Rod and Karen. Just responding to the caller who suggested you all take the training to become poll workers. That is what my brother and I did during the 2020 Election and we have worked both the National and Primary Elections since. Here in North East TX, the Repubs are slick and sneaky. Dem Dems try too hard and don’t always fight the good fight. During the Primary this year, we had separate ballots-One Dem and one Repubs. I will email Rod the Hunt County Conservatives’ Values “Cheat sheet” that was outside a church where I worked earlier this month for the March 3rd Primary. Lastly, no cell phones were allowed because during the Election of 2024, folks took pictures of each ballot and send them out to family and friends.

I miss groupie tales. I’ve been listening to this show close to 10 years but I can’t pinpoint when exactly. I know I started listening before your 1000th episode at least. Groupie tales was my favorite segment. And hating ass Terrell Jones’s comments was always so funny because the voice you used when you read them. I sometimes think about him and wonder how he’s doing. He’s probably listening to manosphere podcasts as we speak. Could you please play 5 star chick for old times sake?

Wow, I just looked up the Charlotte Uprising (that’s when I finally decided to join) and apparently I’ve been here almost 10 years as well. Time flies faster than groupies in Groupie tales…

I know you said you don’t need ideas but I think a reaction video to the replay of the Groupie Tales segments would be dope for TikTok and Reels.

Definitely even better if it is a panel that scores it. I feel like Teej family boys at MCU would be so good for this.

I was gonna weigh in on the pet discourse with #teamdog, but given Karen’s competitive sports tick maybe cats are better for y’all. Imagine yall go to a show dog competition…Karen would kick off the next BAFTAs. Monitor her mic, yall!

Oh I don’t want Chet Hanks here in Germany, I don’t defend his behavior in any way. I had to come clean with the awful truth of me liking to look at him in ” running g point” otherwise I would feel like a liar. He is probably annoying in person but still hot for me. Well this is the darkest thing I can think of about myself.

Oh my gosh I’m pulling an Apia. Listened to the rest and yall making me cry. Yalls friendship means a lot to me and i appreciate yall showing me grace during one of the hardest times in my life. So many internet friendships fell apart for me the first time there was an issue or someone couldn’t benefit off of me anymore. I learned a lot from yall in that moment too…that I could learn and grow and make mistakes and own who I have been and who I want to be. I have carried those lessons with me through many other experiences. It made me grounded. I also fondly remember other beautiful moments like the Get Out movie review, spending time with Karen in Jamaica, and bringing our families together for Christmas one year while we chatted about cheaters. Even though we are far apart, I always love when I can break bread with yall and I’ve learned so much from yalls honesty and example about how I can lean into my growth and struggles rather than fight them. Ok I’m done but I will sing yalls praises until you go the way of Nicki Minaj ❤️

Oh my lord, this belligerent ass review reading! Elon Musk nearly sent me into a heart attack. Yeah I came on TWIB to talk about Killer Mike calling me a little girl and me dragging him on Twitter and Rod was roasting the fuck out of him too so I was like…I fuck with this dude. So so much has changed since then but very glad to still know yall!
