So, after switching jobs to one where I couldn’t listen durning my work day, I put in the work and FINALLY caught. up. Someone clap for me please lol. I guess I have to turn in my catchup crew badge and keys smh. It’s all good I will probably be back later. Anyway, now for some comments on a current episode, ya know, since I’m caught up and everything. Man I love Bioshock, great atmosphere and gameplay. I like the story, but it always tripped me out how some people would identify with Andrew Ryan, like nah dawg you missed the point.Andrew Ryan would 100% be one of these red pill podcasters lol. And I don’t know if you played the dlc for Bioshock 2 but that was a really good side story too involving a black man. But yeah they really dropped the ball with Bioshock Infinite. Them white folks just had to pull a “both sides” huh smh. I’m not gonna lie, at first “she who shall remain namlesss” really had me fooled. I followed everything she was doing, and before I stopped to really look into how she was moving, I was like “Why are all these people hard on her, she is for the culture…” Then I looked a little deeper and yeah…. the internet be trippin, but they are right sometimes… Man that analogy about working out was perfect. This is a long game, and that other side don’t ever get tired. I don’t need perfect, I need progress. And aint no quick fixes, the older generation of black folks been proved that. Also, how is genocide your “hard line”, but you can watch black and brown people who are actually here in your face get their rights taken and brutalized consistently, but that’s cool with you because we did’t “listen” to you? You that morally superior huh. So morally superior that the most immoral president in history is doing things in your face, but it’s ok everyone can suffer because the other person isn’t perfect enough?….My bad, that last part was just me venting, that’s not anything you covered in the episode. Anyway, thanks for putting those live shows out for everyone who couldn’t make it! Peace ✌️

Hey Tippers! Still playing catch-up, and I wanted to comment on Gelato. Gelato is Italy’s classic style of ice cream, but with key differences that make it taste richer and smoother:
Made with milk + cream + sugar (sometimes egg yolks), lower butterfat (compared to American ice cream), churned slowly, incorporating less air (about 25–35% vs. up to 100% in ice cream) for a denser texture and served slightly warmer, making it softer and more flavorful. Cited from Microsoft Pilot.

I was unaware why it was different, but whenever I’m in Rome I do as the Romans do and eat some delicious Gelato, even though they don’t have licorice flavour (don’t hate on it Rod, it is delicious!)

To shed a little light about my comment on butter pecan ice cream having a racist history it’s not the ice cream itself but why it was created in the first place. Jim Crow was so insidious that black people were not allowed to have vanilla ice cream. Yes it was illegal to sell vanilla ice cream to blacks and we were only allowed to eat it on the 4th of July. So that we weren’t just stuck eating chocolate ice cream all the time, out of defiance to this ridiculous rule butter pecan was created by black cooks because pecans were already a staple and readily available to us so they were toasted in butter and butter pecan ice cream was created. So that’s why it’s become a favorite among black people. It may just be ice cream to some but it’s a representation of our resilience.
That being said, I still don’t like it but I’m glad it exists.

Racist ice cream? I believe it of course but am amazed what can be used by racist.
