The birthright citizen ruling may have gone in our favor but it should have been unanimous. Clarence Thomas will go down in history as the King of Coons. If there was a coon contest other coins need not apply because he’d be in hands down. He makes Uncle Ruckas look like Dr. Umar.
I’m glad Graham Platner dropped out of the race but the fact that he had a nazi tattoo should have been an automatic disqualifyer in the first place. I hate it here.

Also, good riddance to Platner, but why did Bernie endorse him in the first place? Bernie Sanders endorses an ex-Republican moderate with a Nazi tattoo and history of sexual assault, and the Bernie Bros support Platner, at this point I think Bernie needs a small council more than RhaeRhae…
It’s not a good time for free speech in the US, U.S. District Judges Mark Pittman (appointed by Trump) and Reed O’Connor (appointed by dubya) sentenced people to up to 70 years for protected free speech. Pittman said specifically that the excessive sentences were given with the intent of suppressing speech that was anti-Trump/ICE
also, the decision on the Constitutionality of birthright citizenship was decided 5-4. “justice” beer-keg Kavanaugh agreed on statutory grounds, but did not agree that the thing that was written explicitly in the Fourteenth Amendment (my favorite amendment btw) actually existed. Saying it was 6-3 is a bit of a misnomer.
Also, it’s crazy how White Jesus moved to AI. When they asked “What would Jesus do,” texting you at work wasn’t an answer I saw coming…
Yo Roddenkaren! I’m glad yall are talking about how candidates think Black people owe them our vote just because of the party they SUPPOSEDLY represent. We want a candidate that will address our issues at the very LEAST, but it usually is just some disingenuous person who will just string us along. They normally sell out to whoever is paying them the most. But this attitude that we HAVE to take the crumbs they give us is for the birds.
I remember when Ice Cube tried to introduce the Contract with Black America and the weird backlash from both sides of the political spectrum. Even people who are supposedly allies to the Black community started playing games when it was time to put action to the rhetoric. It wasn’t perfect but he had the right idea, though. We don’t owe anybody and those folks will push propaganda against those who says otherwise, with no regard for nuance or context.
Kamala Harris wasn’t perfect either but she’s no monster. She was right about damn near every warning she gave about Trump and people STILL don’t want to admit how they contributed to this massive screw up. Ego is a crazy thing.
Anyway, growth often comes with pain. Not everybody will survive the hits and many will end up with CTE… But hopefully future generations can learn which plays failed and come up with better routes to run.
