Random unrelated comment. Rod and Karen, I have seen The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Because of this show, I laughed out loud when Jon Bernthal was speaking because he sounds just like the JL impressions. It was so good that I thought, “I wonder if Jon Bernthal listens to the show?”

Karen, I have four more recommendations for you, but since you’re an active isekai watcher you may have seen them already. These are a few of my favorite, plus three of them are the cozy type since you love cozy games.
The first one is That one time I was reincarnated as a slime. My favorite. Rimaru is so OP and I love the world building.
Campfire Cooking in another world. Basically self explanatory and the food always looks fire.
Fluffy paradise about a little girl with the power to tame any animal. It’s so adorable.
And finally The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent. That was is about someone summoned to another world along side another girl but because the other girl is young and pretty that girl is labeled the Saintess while the main girl is discarded but it turns out the discarded one is the real Saintess and she makes magic potions to help people. Thats one I’ve watched several times.
I love that there’s someone out there who loves isekai as much as I do, especially as an older black woman. I wish I had more people to talk about it with. I have nephews who are in to amine and we always have good conversations about it. But they’re teens and are more into shonen like JJK and Attack on Titan so they don’t really watch all the ones I do.
How do you feel about Villainess anime and Kicked out of the hero’s party genres? Those are also favorites of mine.
Be safe out there, listening to TBGWT can be hazardous if you are listening to it while weightlifting. Jogging should be fine, but probably avoid listening during extreme parkour…
