What up BDS Crew, as the official golf correspondent of BDS nation I wanted to bring a golf scandal to your attention. This major golf brand, Callaway, partnered with this really popular golf YouTube Channel called Good Good to release a branded set of clubs. Well Callaway let the YouTube niggas make the commercial and it was a total disaster. In the commercial a woman is walking over to a guy’s golf bag and reaches for his driver. He comes charging at her and pushes her down and says, don’t touch my driver! Obviously women and people who aren’t pieces of shit were upset that they would use domestic violence to sell a golf club. The statements by the Good Good guys and Callaway have been awful. Neither apology mentioned women! They keep coming out with more statements but the statements all suck. Good Good was set to have a show they were sponsoring, Big Break, a golf competition show, debut this week on Golf Channel but it was announced that it’s been postponed. You already know the golf influencer space is very MAGA so now that the GG guys are facing consequences they’re saying everybody’s taking things too far and these guys made a “mistake”. Forgetting to put the toilet seat down is a mistake, this was a choice! These white niggas are being treated like kids even though they’re almost 30. Maybe I’m the outlier but I just don’t find violence against women to be a joking matter. They claimed it was a parody on the movie Obsession. I haven’t seen the movie so I don’t get the joke.
