Your nuanced discussion of Steven A was interesting. I actually think that the fact that the Computer Virus kid announcer has nobody talking bad about him may be a problem the other way. Sure, the A in Steven A stands for Asshole, and that’s why he falls out with so many people, but the Flavor-Aid serving A-A-ron enabler seems to gather sycophants rather than a qualified support crew.
I don’t know, it may just be the way I see it, but both of them seem to be in deep need of a professional psychologist, and HR intervention or ten, and some professional development.
To clarify, I was suggesting checklists about managing technical details (which browser to use, which tick box to check, etc) to help you think less about minutia rather than a content checklist.
