Rod, I love you but your politics around weight discrimination need a lot of work. Taylor Swift was wrong to use the word fat as a pejorative, and I was glad to see she removed it from her video. How is a thin person’s concern that she might be perceived as fat more valid than fat people’s concern about actual discrimination they face daily?
Fatphobia is racist and classist. Ending it would solve not only a lot of problems for fat people but also Taylor Swift’s body-image issues. It affects hiring and how much we are paid, how we are treated by the health care industry, how we are able to move through the world and so many other factors. And eating disorders are deadly. For further information I recommend “Fearing the Black Body: The Racial Origins of Fatphobia” by Sabrina Strings; “Belly of the Beast: The Politics of Anti-Fatness as Anti-Blackness” by Da’Shaun Harrison; “Rethinking Thin” by Gina Kolata, and “What We Don’t Talk About When We Talk About Fat” by Aubrey Gordon. You can also follow @dashaunlh, @yrfatfriend, @danceswithfat, @marquisele, @dr_chairbreaker, @artists_ali and @tfatnutritionist on Twitter. There are also podcasts like Unsolicited: Fatties Talk Back, Maintenance Phase, and Food Psych.
If you have never dealt with discrimination because of your weight, congratulations. But don’t fight the people who are working hard to end it. They are fighting for you.

Btw I rather tall woman between 5.9 and 5.10.
So I had the 90-ties model height but I wasn’t ever as thin. Just regular. One time when I came close was when I had practically a nervous breakdown in law school and couldn’t eat for months.
    Not recommended.

As I learned from big Pharma results presentations, I see the 30% for Celcius as a big success.
Hardly anyone knows how it works in your beautiful country and still 30% prefer it.
I will take a brake with the Celcius propaganda for now, but never give up. My mission is to make you love it.
And you are right, I didn’t google to see if Celcius was racist because this wasn’t the point I wanted to prove.
