Thank God a jury of peers decided to not indict. She was able to go home, but what if the jury had been a bunch of religo-nuts or racists she’d be screwed. She should’ve never been there to begin with & that’s the part that side refuses to comprehend. Innocent folks do get legally caught up in their b.s laws & they’re usually applied along racial lines. Whether found innocent or guilty it scars the supposed “offender” for life.
Congrats to Lauryn I adore that album been listening since I was a kid, still have a few favorite picks in current play rotation. Apples ranking was late to the party we been knew that album was fire. It’s chakras must’ve been off the last 26 years. Roflmao
The Apple Music list was questionable but it got people talking so I guess it accomplished what it set out to do. Lauryn Hill is very talented and her album was great. She gets a lot of credit off the one album that came out over 20 years ago. My mind is still blown at how she got number one over Thriller or Purple Rain.
The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is definitely a great album but Thriller will always be number one in my heart.
They probably shut down the Chuck E Cheese animatronics because people keep associating it with those creepy characters from Five Nights at Freddy’s. I bet they were freaking people out.
